T here will be great prizes every weekend as usual for all first and second place teams! Check in Will begin at 8:30am. We will be starting the tourna ment by 9am.  Also\, think you have what it takes to play against the adu lts? As long as your at least 16\, feel free to try your hand at playing o ne of our adult tournaments on Saturday. Nothings better than more volleyb all!\n\n \;\n\nAlright Kiddos!! Our first event of the summer is up an d ready! I know it's been awhile since we have had a juniors event so here is how it works!\nStep 1-find yourself a partner and get registered. We a sk that you register ahead of time at www.novaeventmanagement.com for ever y event. It helps our staff plan for the day and start everything on time. Of course\, walk ups are welcome if you find a partner last minute.\nStep 2-(Day of Event) Check in will begin at 8:30am. You can always walk up ea rly if you so choose. When you arrive\, you will check in at the trailer. There will be the tournament director there under a tent to check you in\, and let you know where you will be playing.\nStep 3-once everyone is chec ked in\, the tournament director will go over some general rules and annou nce how the entire day (pool play) will work\nStep 4-After pool play is co mpleted\, your team will then be sent into playoffs. For our juniors event s\, every team will make playoffs in some fashion.\nStep 5-end of day. Whe n your team either wins or gets knocked out of the tournament\, you will c heck out with the tournament director and be on your way.\n\nSome general information. Tournaments generally last from 9am until about 3pm or so. (d epending on number of teams) So\, plan on a full day.\nFirst and second pl ays teams in each division will receive prizes.\nIf it's raining-we play t hrough the rain. If there is thunder or lightning\, we will have a delay u ntil it is safe to continue.\nIf the weather looks poor\, Hot Shots may be used as a backup location.\nAll juniors no longer have to be NOVA Members . Juniors are required to be WEVA Members.
