NOVA worke d extremely hard with the county and local officials to try and approve be ach volleyball. Under the current state and local guidelines\, beach volle yball is considered a high-risk sport. Although phase 4 has started for ou r area\, we are still pushed back until at least July 6th before outdoor s ports and competition is considered at this point. Every captain who regis tered a team will have their transaction reversed. You should see that in your account within the next few days. NOVA will continue to stay in conta ct with Monroe County Parks Dep. and local officials to get beach volleyba ll approved for tournaments as soon as possible. This Saturday we have Men’s and Women ’s Advanced and Intermediate 2’s! Check in will begin at 8:30a.m. and we will be starting right at 9. Please arrive early so that we can have ev eryone checked in on time. The NOVA Fee is required. NOVA will be followin g all CDC guidelines in addition to our own safety procedures. We do have a capacity limit so please register online!! Walk-ups are welcome but spot s will be limited.\n\nPlease bring your own water this summer. Due to CDC regulations we can not provide the water jugs this year.\n\nIf you are reg istering with a gift card or you have a credit from a previous event. We w ill be in the office Tuesday(23rd)\, Thursday(25th)\, and Friday(26th) fro m 9am-1pm by phone only to help you register.
