Annual NOVA fee.Hot Shots/ NOVA has a  fee that will be required for all sand events that are at Hot shots or Outdoor (NOVA) tournaments at Charlotte Beach. For events @ Hot shots the fee will be required for all 2’s, 3’s and 4’s tournaments, but not for any hard court events.  Special events like 10 Ugly Men, Special Olympics and fundraisers will not have a fee because the charity carries its own insurance. For now the NOVA fee runs for a calendar year from the date you sign up. As of May 19^th, 2012 beach tournament there will be an Early registration any teams that sign up before Wednesday at 9pm.  The reason for this is to encourage teams to register early, which will enable us to run a more organized and timely event! Early Registration by Wednesday at 9pm $40 (Jrs) $50 (A) and $60 (AA) Registration Fee until Friday @ 3pm is $45 (Jrs) $55 (A) and $65 (AA) at this point On-line Registration is Closed. Day of Registration Jr’s $50 (Jrs) $60 (A) and $70 (AA) Prizes money for all Out Door Hot Shots events is as follows: Men’s AA- 2’s tourney’s  1^st place - $300 in prize money2^nd place receives $150 in Hot Shots gift cardsWomen’s AA- 2’s tourney’s 1st place - $200 prize money and 2^nd place- $ 100 HS gift cardsFor Men’s / Women’s 2’s Intermediate level ( A)  1^st place will receive  HS gift card and product. COED 2’s AA prize money is $200 for 1^st place and $100 in HS gift cards for 2^ndCOED 2’s A level is gift cards and product if you’re playing in 3’s or 4’s event – 1^st place is HS gift cards and prizes, 2^nd place is product. Note you can sign up for NOVA by using your Hot shots gift cards by calling Hot Shots BEFORE Friday at noon before the date of the tournament! Now if hard court volleyball tournaments are your passion. Winning teams will receive $240 in gift cards for 1^st place while also getting prizes. 2^nd place teams will receive prizes. Note- Hot Shots reserve the right to alter the prizes money if a division does not have at least 8 teams.
