Well how about you let your shoes and knee pads air out for a day and play some beach volleyball!!! I mean there is nothing like diving and not having it hurt. This time around, were starting at 9:30am with 2 COED divisions, an 18 and under as well as 15 and under. So find a partner and get signed up early!!! As always just $20 to play and an annual Nova membership fee of $20 is required, and you can take care of that the morning of the tourney – includes an event t-shirt!.
