NOVA would like to inform all teams that today – Saturday, July 17th tournament will be postponed for July 31st. Because of Mother Nature (down pouring rain all day) we feel like it’s in everyone’s best interest. We always want to keep your beach experience safe and at the fun level that we are used to. All registrations will be moved to July 31st. If for any reason, there is a different tournament you would like to participate in, please email us at email@example.com for your credit. We already have a bunch of teams Sunday and plan on running. Looking forward to all participants and spectators tomorrow and upcoming tournaments!
I hope everyone had a great4th last week. We are halfway through our summer outdoor season and our tournaments are filling like crazy!!! We are so happy to be back and we can’t keep offering event’s every weekend through August. We hope you are having as much as fun as us! Check in begins at 8:30am.
Step 1-find yourself a partner and get registered. We ask that you register ahead of time at www.novaeventmanagement.com for every event. It helps our staff plan for the day and start everything on time. Of course, walk ups are welcome if you find a partner last minute.
Step 2-(Day of Event) Check in will begin at 8:30am. You can always walk up early if you so choose. When you arrive, you will check in at the trailer. There will be the tournament director there under a tent to check you in, and let you know where you will be playing.
Step 3-once everyone is checked in, the tournament director will go over some general rules and announce how the entire day (pool play) will work
Step 4-After pool play is completed, your team will then be sent into playoffs. For our juniors events, every team will make playoffs in some fashion.
Step 5-end of day. When your team either wins or gets knocked out of the tournament, you will check out with the tournament director and be on your way.
