** Online is now closed. but walk-ups welcome***Every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a progressive neurodegenerative disease that causes muscle weakness, paralysis, and ultimately, respiratory failure.
ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, Charcot’s disease, and motor neuron disease (MND), attacks certain cells in the brain and spinal cord needed to keep our muscles moving.
Most people with ALS live 2-5 years after their first signs of disease.

A 90 min Zumba class lead by Zumba Jammer’s Kendra DeWinde and Ashley Stewart, and ZIN members Courtney Lussier, Jaiquise Baker Oquendo,Jessica Flanders and Danielle Lopez.
This event is in loving memory of Tom Baldwin, husband to Chrys Baldwin, father of Katie Baldwin, Jessica Baldwin and Nick Baldwin. Tom passed in February 2013 after being diagnosed with ALS in December of 2011.
